This is vertical 2 cylinders electrothermic type ironing machine, be used for pressing and setting all kinds of forming fabric or webbing&ribbon, let fabric or webbing quality is better;
This machine can finish the fabric or ribbon starching and setting, can be process 1 to 12 pieces of webbing&ribbon;
Cylinder heating way adopt electrothermic type, heating change fast, stable temperature, surface temperature can be reach 150℃ to 300℃, can adjust temperature according of fabric request and make the surface temperature more stable;
The heating power is from 18 to 32kw; cylinder specifications as below: Φ780mm*1500mm,Φ600mm*1500mm; Φ600mm*2000,Φ780mm*2000mm, can be custom made 4,6,8,10cylinders;
Also can custom made by factory request, such as cylinder surface adopt high temperature resistance paint or teflon materials;
Users can select cylinder specifications quantities and cylinder surface materials ,according of fabric feature
